Hello everybody,

I'm currently painting my way (very slowly) through Mythic Battles Pantheon and was looking for some advice on how I can improve Gaia (pictures attached). The one thing I am really not a fan of is her dress, I was wondering if there was some way to improve upon it, I've seen some people add foliage etc to it which might look ok. I've been looking at Warhammer Sylvaneth for inspiration. I was thinking of trying freehand but am not very good at painting (examples attached).

you're doing a lovely job!

I've not even started on my base set of mythic battles - they look so cool though

RE: Gaia - I was thinking you could maybe do a simple pattern like a cherry blossom, but not sure that'll fit her tbh, she's quite scary lol

I like the idea of doing her like the sylvaneth she's got a lot of vines like that as well. I guess I'd start with your colours, decide if you're going for a 'seasonal' type theme, then decide what colour to do her dress. Since it *is* a Greek inspired set, it wouldn't be too far off to do a simple geometric pattern on her dress borders etc Maybe do something like that in a lighter colour (like the HL colour you're using)?
