Not easily, best way is to cut at the joint, reposition the pieces and putty in the gaps.
Depending on the piece, you may be able to use the salt method. Get a box of regular table salt and pour some in a small frying pan, deep enough you can submerge the part you want to bend. Heat on the stove over low heat and stir the salt every now and again to distribute the heat evenly. turn off the heat and put the part into the salt for a bit, the salt will hold the piece in place while it heats up so you get a nice even heat through the entire part, then pull it out, bend it to the shape you want and let it cool. Water can work as well, but salt won't boil away, won't splash onto you and is stable enough to hold the part while it softens. Don't get the salt too hot or the grains will melt themselves into the plastic instead of heating the plastic, test it with some extra sprue first
