The Dark City/Terra

Hey guys, I've been looking to add another army to my collection recently, and for a long time have had my eyes set on Drukhari, as I am a huge fan of the Sith in Star Wars (Thanks Knights of the Old Republic I, II and Online) I had held out during seventh because 1) They are an expensive army, 2) I was hoping Incubi, Mandrakes, and Archon's Court models would get ported into plastic and 3) I wanted to see which units to buy for some semi-competitive play as 8th Codex releases were just around the corner. To my surprise, anguish and happiness The Dark Kin are really good now; meaning that tournament players ate up every model on the internet . Anyway I had planned to paint them a black color scheme for the Sith feel with red, then I saw this color scheme by a studio called La Forge de Baramyne! Thus why I need help. I plan to paint my Drukhari in the same exact colors except with some white decals on the vehicles for some pop. I love the sith-vampire esque theme. If anyone knows any good airbrush paints for fading that black to dark grey that would be amazing as well; as is any other suggestions.
So the Question: Does anyone know what that Blue Mold is, that is used to make the skull with tentacles on the front of the Venom and Raider? Is it Blue Stuff/Green Stuff?
Also more importantly does anyone know where/how that is molded and where I can get (or make) that skull mold or maybe a similar one? I need to know for the modeling!
I contacted the studio but am afraid that maybe this French studio doesn't speak English and am awaiting a response.
Thanks, I hope you guys will be able to help!

Edits: I couldn't get the pictures to upload properly and bad grammar.
