Hey,

I finished painting my first batch of AdMech. I would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on how you like it and what things I could improve. Still have a lot of AdMech units waiting to be painted and would like to continue pushing my hobby skills to end up with a fine looking army You can find more pictures on my blog https://jareksboardgames.blogspot.com

Sharp work, dude. I especially like the blue energy effect on the weapons. I tried to do something like that, but it didn't work nearly as well as what you pulled off here.

This also reminds me that I still need to paint my tech-priest, but... ugggh. Seems like a nightmare.

Looks great. I like the weathering of the robes and the green liquid on the tech priest.

Only suggestion I might have is to highlight your metallics.

Thanks, glad you like it

For the coils I simply followed this video (hobby cheating is one of my favourite tutorial series)

The dust on the coat is simply vallejo rust pigment, super quick to do.

As for the metallics I always struggle with highlighting metallics and am to lazy to try out NMM This time around I simply started by spraying the entire miniature with metal color gunmetal and then zenithal highlighted it with metal color silver. I think it turned out ok on smaller elements, but I agree it's a bit flat on bigger surfaces.
