It is just all guess work to me but I am sure someone will know what these are for sure. Not sure what one of them is.... it's the first one. is there a dual plasma combi weapon?

Depends on army. In DW, Storm Bolter. If you have access to reroll 1s, Combi Plasma. If not, you might consider Combi Melta. If the model can't take combi-weapons, probably Plasma Pistol.

What is best is very situational and depends a lot on your army, what model you are putting it on, and what role you want filled.

With the price on plasma pistols these days they are not terrible, but there is less reason to take a pistol over a full combi-weapon than there use to be. Still, the iconic sidearm of the well equipped marine, so gets some on models from history and rule-of-cool.

Plasma guns are in a pretty good place right now as a go-to weapon. You don’t need to overcharge them, but you can. Plasma in a bit underpriced, and good at putting wounds on most things. Not dirt cheep, but worth the investment.

Melta is overpriced for what it does. It’s not terrible at its job, but it’s a niche weapon paying for its performance in previous editions. Priced like it’s still one-shoting tanks, while it’s really just carving a few wounds off, sometimes.

Stormbolters put a lot of shots downrange for next to no points. It’s your budget option, but is worth it. Especially for sergeants. You double his firepower for just pennies. For captains, it’s more a of decision if you want to go with the MC bolter for fewer quality shots, or the SB, for raw dakka. But even if you just plan on sitting in the backfield buffing a gunline, invest a few points in at least some sort of shooty bit, rather than just run purely naked.

Master Crafted and Storm bolter. If you hover your mouse over the abbreviations, it gives you a list of possible meanings, which helps. Unfortunately, does not seem to work on mobile.
