So when I first started collecting orcs (fantasy) when i was a kid, the most fun I had was converting up models.

Now ive started on Orks and the bug is still there. However im a bit more cautious about what i do due to not having the right parts to fit what i want to field in the codex.

So it was with a lot of nerves that i made the first cut into Grukk today. With no extra parts i was super nervous about screwing up and having nothing to fix it with.

However ive started and hopefully I'll finish. Im going to use a killa kans claw for 'da killa klaw'. Wanted to make a difference from the standard power claw. Secondly I want to swap out his gun for a repulsor dreadnought mini gun with attached flamer to make a badass kombi skorcha.

Anyone else done any interesting Grukk conversions?
