I can't really figure out what's going on with her pants.

It looks like someone tried to do the lower part of a long coat but blended it into the pant legs so it just looks like really low crotched pants.

The upper body and the banner look great though.

Obvious issue with the pants aside:

Something about the facial expression feels off. Like it's kind of a strange half-smile and I'm not sure what it's meant to convey.

There's a thing hanging down over her shoulder and down towards her chest that kind of looks like it's supposed to be hair, but the rest of her hair is done up in the braid over her other shoulder. It looks weird to have this other chunk of long hair that somehow wasn't done up in the braid?

The right arm might look a bit better if it was holding the bannerpole further up, but this is maybe a minor point.

Perhaps when fixing the pants, show her boots coming a bit further up the shin? Right now it looks like she's wearing basketball shoes to war. The sculpted "panel" lines on the side of the shoes and the shape of the toe cap also reinforce this - military/work boots don't usually have stitched sections in those areas. If the line of the toe cap ran straight across from one side of the sole to the other, it would look more like a steel-toe or other kind of reinforcement like you might find on combat boots.

The overall pose feels good. I like the chest armor and the gun. I think the chainsword is just about the right level of bulky for that 40k look.

I have an issue with this more than the pants. The pants look Bolsheviki enough that with the correct army (Vostroyan, Valhallans etc) it could work well.

The emblem being a different angle to the flag seems.... off.

Regarding the question: probably not, for the same reasons others stated.

On a more general note: I think the question would be better phrased as "would you buy this model of a standard bearer?". Would you field implies something of a rules or tactical question (at least that is my impression). Also: if she was for free: sure why not. I could see me field anything if I get the model for free, why not. But I guess that would be of no real help for you.
