Bit of an odd conversion. I got the hankering for a conversion project and wanted to make a squad of Thunderwarriors. This then turned into a full 2000 point army (counts as Primaris Flesh Tearers). Limiting myself to only Primaris units that made sense as Unification Wars Thunderwarriors made the army a bit wonky, especially when I needed heavy support. This is my answer to Firestrike Servo Turrets. The weapons are on mini-turrets and can be swapped out for the other weapon. My entire army is converted from Stormcast Eternals with heads from the Venerable Dreadnought, Mk3 backpacks, Primaris arms, and studded shoulder pads.

I love the idea of thunder warriors as an army, however I'd never have geussed that those two were thunderwarriors unless you told me they were. the helmet is the real give away as to whether or not a model is a thunder warrior. Perhaps if you were to use some old warhammer fantasy parts it might look a little more unification era.

The only thing better than a good nights sleep, is two good nights sleep.

Great concept. I'll agree that the "cadian helmet with sunglasses" helmet resonates much much more strongly to me for signaling "this is a thunder warrior".

EDIT: but honestly those are good too. They are so weird compared to most normal space marine "knight" helmets. Thunder warriors having weird things different from space marines is cool.

The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?
When the history of my glory is written, your species shall only be a footnote to my magnificence.
