The article mentions GW products as an affordable treat.

TBH it's a long time since I bought anything. Back then it was astonishingly expensive, which is part of why I gave up. IDK if they've brought in a budget line or something -- Warhammer Essentials, perhaps?

All that being said, it's nice to see one bit of British industry doing well.

It’s not cheap, but compared to the cost of other things, also not expensive in the grand scheme? YMMV.

I’m just glad that everyone in the company is getting some benefit from their success.

There is still a big middle class with a disposable income, while others can have cheaper way in via second hand. I think there has been a shift from 35 years ago when I started playing when it was more of a cross class activity with somewhat better entry points.
