One of the guys at the store has jumped into MCP with a passion. because he wants people to play with he gave me a gambit/rouge box that he painted up for me so i had to add a bit to it- gambit may be my favorite X men he isn't my favorite super hero-





We did a 14 threat level game i was running my 3 models (The big blue guy was using the immortal hulk rules).

we were running the capture and evacuate the scientist mission with the defense system able to push around some of the minis.

He constantly tried to push the tick away with good reason. the fist time he got a piece of war machine he slammed him into a wall after throwing a car at him.

The he got a full beat down on red skull flipping him in one turn by himself. sadly i ran out of time i had him on the ropes but i was a little behind on points when the game ended at the end of turn 6.

Still a fun game.

Nice table as well, Minis are fantastic. Makes me want to get my new table finished.

Game sounds fun, I do like how wild it can get with Hulk and other big characters can get.

I almost commented about your Tick model in the game photo thread Could easily fill out the rest of his universe in MCP if there are sculpts floating around ...

No Tick this time, i teamed up with another player for a big game. i was running Rogue but i was really about trying out Klaw.

For a threat level 5 he is pretty cool-

The mission we ran had 6 capture points and 4 secure points that could be used for healing. only one capture point can be held by each character.

Klaw got healed a couple times and came out with minor injuries Rogue got flipped as did Cap and spiderman. the flips on the other side were Beta and Scourge the latter was KO'd

Ghost rider was a beast so we focused on other targets instead. we got an early lead in capture points and the game dragged out one extra turn from Thor contesting an objective before we managed a win.

Car yard battle vibes, very cool. Looks like fun game!

I decided to add KLAW to my team but i don't like the official model so i ordered a 3rd party design i like the pose of better.

Got another game in this weekend. this time the tick was a stand in for colossus.

We did the evac a reporter mission with blue points acting as healing points.

i lost gambit, but i traded him for Doc ock, i barely won the game because i was holding the reporter for nearly the entire game with klaw. rouge and colossus tanked so much damage and held their ground. they were flipped but nowhere near dead.

Looks fun, Nice table again.

I like lots of cars in games as well, makes it feel right for a comic book fight.

Once i get my own version of klaw i will do my super group photo.

One of the other guys literally has every model for the game....and almost all of them are fully painted.

I got my 3rd party Klaw in, so my team is now complete-




we ended up doing a 19 point game around collecting the lesser Asgardian weapons.

I ended up loosing gambit, in exchange for Doc Oc, and i even tied the game up midway through, but my opponent had all his dice fall in line at the end to push him over the finish line on objectives.

Got 2 more games in this week.

the first was a 17 point game with objectives. i was trying out cyclops for the first time so my list was-

I was mostly fighting the spider force. venom, agent venom, spider man, daredevil.


I stayed focused on the objectives and won by turn 4. i had quite a few energy based attacks that the spider force were susceptible to.










The second was a 20 point annihilation match with no objectives.

I added gambit and my opponent removed agent venom and added in moon knight, spider woman-

Ended up having another player joining the MCP group with X force. before that though we did a scenario game against the sentinels.

I teamed up my X-men with some other "heros" i brought along colossus and cyclops with spider man, hawk eye and mister sinister.

i brought in some of my infinity buildings to add to the table and make it look more like a full city.





Spiderman got grabbed early and captured for research on our side we managed to take down a sentinel and a sentinel prime along with cassandra nova.

i lost cyclops at the end but played the objectives well enough to stay just ahead of my opponent...i also managed to killed everybody on his team except the winter solder as he stayed back and used hit & run a lot. rogue was the only other hero i had that was badly injured.

Since i am still waiting for my last miniature to come in to finish my normal force, i decided to borrow some minis to try out something silly-the gun bunny list-

every character was threat level 3- with every one having a gun of some sort.

As one does with MCP, paying attention to the objectives in key. we had 3 spell book items (red) and 4 portals (blue)

It was neck and neck up to turn 5 and our team managed to turn it around. On the last turn we managed to score big on points and take the enemy team down to daredevil. our side still had the punisher, deadpool and domino left.

Got some new Bling for my X-men team-Cog0Two on Esty has themed measuring/movement sticks for the game with injected colors. he has one for just about every team or specific named hero's/villains

Cog0Two on Etsy has color injected measuring sticks for various MCP factions. since i play X-men i picked up the X-men set to go along with my BaronOfDice X-men custom MCP dice.

The first 2 turns i was getting beat up pretty bad only scoring about 3 VP each turn to my opponents 4-5, having every character except rogue flipped.

The bottom of 3 i rolled super hot and the other player didn't. with one wound left Gambit took down vision and flipped ironman with his flurry of cards attack, Klaw took thor out of the game. and rogue flipped Cap. allowing me to pick up all 4 reds, and control 3 blues, just enough point to put me at 16.

It was a surprise come from behind win.

Very cool I get a win from behind, dicast cars are very cool to use as well.

The Xmen are back in action-

colossus got angry and took it out on the Doc. flipping him in one turn and finishing him the next.

Rogue took down magic but could not finish off venom.

My opponent managed to turn it around by flipping Klaw and taking his 2 shard objectives, and pushing cyclops off his blue.

It was enough to push him over the edge on points.

Good fun.

One of the regular guys i play MCP with pretty well has everything for the game, so he let me borrow a few minis to try out some test lists. i was thinking about getting an Asgardian force.

so i tried out hela, Thor (prince of asgard), loki (prince of lies) , and Heimdall. Hela is just a great character, This verson of Thor was pretty good but not overly impressive, and Heimdall is a complete support character who has to stay back and help other team members.

I was facing off against thanos and his lackies. so it was a pretty fitting fight.

the second list i tried out i swapped to Thor (hero of Midgard), Loki (god of mischief), and replaced Heimdall with lady Sif. i did much better this game, Lady Sif is good but i want to try out beta ray bill as they are both threat level 4.

Been trying to get this game in for weeks.

I piled on his colossus on the left side of the table. as he was alone. it put my ranged heros off on their own. the took the pummeling as well as they could and even managed to line up most of the enemy team 2 times with both cyclops and klaws super beam attack. they managed to drop cable and i finished off colossus. in turn i lost both cyclops and klaw. when it was all over it was most appropriately a draw.
