So what initatief would one have if

Unit with greatweapons with initatief of 3.
The unit with greatweapons has been hexxed with a hex that lower your initatief with D3 say you rolled a 4.
The hexxed unit is going to charge a unit 4 inch away.

Great weapons wil give you the always strike last so will have initatief 1
Charging over 4 inch will give them a +3 so ending on a initatief of 4.
When does the hex take place, before the unit charge and lower the initatief of the unit from 3 to 1.
or will the hex affect to initatie from the unit when in closecombat so lowering the initatief to a 2.

If they only lowers the base stat, casting those hexxes isnt wort it.

Where does it say how those thinks work in the rule book because i didnt find anny thing.

Strike Last says 'before any other modifiers are applied' so I think the best way is to work out what your end modifier will be, then apply it to I1.

So if I'm charging more than 3" to the front and have a hex on me with -2I, then I would have a modifier of +1 overall, which I would add to my I1 from strikes last which it was reduced to first before the others, for a total of I2 in this case
