Nisses aren't good hackers, they're good at shooting people in the face. The "best" hackers for PanO are (IMO):
- the basic cheap fusilier
- the Kamau if you want to go into hacker wars
- the Father Knight if you want to hack people in the face

If you want to play the Hacker game with PanO (not our best category) I'd advise taking a pair of Croc-men with deployable repeaters and one or two Pathfinder remotes, that'll give you a wide coverage for hacking purposes

Last event (missions from the book were played) we had, I went with the following:

Akal hacker
Doctor
Engineer
Paramedic F.
2x Fusilier

Rao
Bagh Mari HMG
Bulleteer Spitfire
2x Pathfinder
Sierra
Kamau
Hacker F.
Konstantinos

The design is rather clear, use the orders to capture objectives and support your REM. They'll do the majority of work. Engineer is there for keeping the force advancing and with new REM rules it becomes somewhat easier to do it. Akal hacker is there for 2-3 round objective capping or shooting in the backfield. Crockman will also work but I'm not really fond on the model and the cheaper Akal gets the work done most of the time. You don't need to hack to get something out of your hackers, which is nice. The list does miss mines for some board control, such shame Sierra lost them.

As far the OP list is concerned, I'm afraid it lacks quick and mobile specialists, engineer and doctor/paramedic are really essential as far the new missions are concerned. TAG/Bulleteer seems order hungry combination, I'd take one Sierra, if not two of them. Might be fine, if you prefer to play fan missions.
