Rhinos. At least two, but with an army that is already that size, you could easily make use of a third.
Once you put some Icons in with that bike squad for your termies and put Kharn and krew in some... k-rhinos you should be good to go.
If you really want to make sure Kharn makes it, then a Land Raider is justifiable, but you need some kind of transport to get your manz down the table. Some armies can get away with walking, but I don't think CSM is one of them.

I also agree with the rhino suggestion. As Groslon said, a Land Raider could be nice too. I think it's pretty obvious that you plan on going Khorne-heavy and demolish people in CC. I think if you are going with this theme, a Land Raider is an inevitable purchase. If you stick with Berserkers, having a LR will definately help your cause, so why wait? Being able to charge after disembarking is huge.
Bottom line: You already have the numbers you need to fill out a large or small list to fight just about anything (depending on how your CSMs, Termies, and Bikers are equipped). From here, there's only one choice: transports. Also, I would suggest getting extra special weapons marines. This way you can equip those squads with meltas, plasmas, or whatever. The devastator Marine box is great for the price and the weapons you get.
Good luck!

Plague marines w/ meltas in rhinos (many as you can) Chosen 2 flame 2 melta, in rhino, outflank 2 winged Daemon princes - warptime (i find it better than lash) Oblits / Defilers your choice for heavy. I find it better to take a combination of both. That's more or less the best chaos list I've faced with the current codex. From what I've seen zerkers are not good. But if you want to run khorne heavy you need LRs

Definitely Rhinos.
Once you've started to develop your play and army styles, you might find you need more of a particular aspect.
I would personally recommend Defilers and/or Obliterators, as you really can't go wrong with either choice.
Defilers are excellent anti-infantry, and since they have so many attacks they can usually hold their own in Close Combat.
Obliterators are your multitool. They can do anti-armour, anti-infantry, or anti-MEq.

Grim Forgotten Nihilist Forest.

I say buy 2 land raiders.
One for the Zerkers and one for Kharn and some Zerkers. Their big, pack good armor and firepower and the Zerkers can assault AFTER disembarking.
Whereas with a Rhino you cannot.
Just my thoughts.
