I'm putting together a 200 point kill team for the new battle mission, and was hoping to get some thoughts on my list from people who have played with the new rules or are familiar with the new rule set.

Kill Team Catachan

Elite - Marbo :: 65pts

Troops - Veteran Squad + Sgt Harker :: 135 pts
w/ Auto Cannon team

Total Points :: 200

It's something I've considered as well, but it seems a waste of Vets not to get some special weapons.

In addition, what USR's will you be using?

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

The way I read it, you really don't benefit from harker at all. It states that he and his squad benefit from stealth, move through cover, blah blah. But in kill team every model is their own unit.. So harker's rules only benefit himself.

Well then, he is uber badass himself...not as much as Marbo...but still

Whatever the case, I suggest FNP or Eternal Warrior on Marbo.

Im not sure about that myself, The way i read the codex, when Harker is taken as a vet squad Sgt that unit is considered "Catachan Devils" and are thus given the special rules. Almost like a squad doctrine.

My opinion is even though they operate as separate squads in the mission, the special rules, weapon restrictions and doctrines all still apply to all models in the squad.

Just my 2 cents on it though, hopefully a few more people could chime in on this.

thanks for the help guys.
