Hello Dakka!
I'd like to show off the work done so far on my Word Bearers splinter faction, the Harbingers of Unity .

It's taken me a looong while to get thus far, taking a nine month break from the hobby just after starting the army - But I feel like it's progressing quite nicely.
So far numbering at 70 Marines with various configurations, 8 Terminators, 2 Obliterators, Lord, 2 Sorcerers, Daemon Prince, Rhino, 20 Lesser Daemons, 20 Berserkers and 10 Thousand Sons. Phew...
I will be popping up photo's as I make progress and as such, alot of the models are still very WIP - The ones who are done the most are still missing their final highlighting and picking out the details.

Any thoughts, criticism or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Lord Katharsis - Lord with Jump Pack and Daemon Weapon

"Sovereign" Daemon Prince - Still working on this guy, noticed several mold lines on the mask after gluing it and basecoating it.. Hence having to scrape his face off.

Sorcerers

Lesser Daemons - The souls of the forsaken are ripped from the Harbingers Daemon World of Korvanis VI and summoned to the aid of the legion when required.

Thank you for taking the time if you got this far! There is still a vast amount of work to do on all the models and my apologies for some of the darker primed model shots.

Servitude to the dark pantheon! We are legion!

Very nice theme you have going on here. I like the identities you have given each squad. Super Brofist for the whfb Chaos boltgun men they look sweet, have that cool uncaring, merciless, look to them.

My only complaint lies with your regular lord; he is surely too puny to lead such a force! I recommend giving the converted chaos lord another shot, maybe a dark apostle vibe? Whatever you decide he needs to have alot more presence than atm.

Hahaha, thank you for that mate. Yeah, the Lord does look a tad weak and I do need some Dark Apostle love. I'll raid my bits box and see about borking a menacing Dark Apostle together. I have the old Archeon on foot model, I'll see about working him into a visage of zealous fanaticism.

Thanks again!

Word Bearers are usually an instant-win in my book and yours are no exception. I really like what you've done with your oblits and apostles. I also enjoy your lesser demons as souless zombies. Keep it up, Overwatch, and good luck!

Awesome models dude! In particular the Obliterators, love the mouths. The chevrons on the chainswords are a really good idea, and really well painted! Keep it up, looking forward to more!
