So I got it in my head the other day to do make some of the inquisitorial henchmen out of the GK codex. After thinking about it for a while, and deciding I don't want to throw a lot of money into metal (sans a few minis such as Jokaero, Psykers, Flagellants, and Daemonhosts), conversions seemed like the only viable option. So far, I have 20 Cadian troops as warrior acolytes (yay spam), but figuring out how to do the other henchmen is puzzling. I have something figured out for Crusaders, using these pieces:

DA robed veterans torso & legs
DA power sword
Assault marine storm shield
GK head

If anyone wouldn't mind giving me some tips or ideas, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm hoping to start a pure inquisition army (or as pure as I can get, anyway), and I'll post my progress as I am able

I made this a a Jokaero weaponsmith, cuz the figure is goofy. All you need is your ig figa na a box off kroot.
I'm gonna run coteaz and 6 squads of them..lol...muahahahahah!

That's actually a pretty nifty conversion, but I'm gonna stick with the Jokaero. The fact that it's a big orangutan with lazor-fingers makes me lol

Well, I think I figured out alternatives to servitors and banishers. Here's the parts I'm using.

Servitor:
IG Cadian legs & torso
SM Devastator weapon (multi-melta, heavy bolter, plasma cannon)
IG head without a helmet

Banisher:
IG Cadian longcoat legs & torso
IG laspistol & chainsword
IG Scarred command head

Hopefully I can have pics up when the bits arrive. I'm actually really disappointed though, I wanted a multi-melta to use with the servitors, but it was either $6 for the heavy bolter and plas-cannon, or $8 for the multi-melta.

Well, started on the servitors before I went into work last night, got one mostly finished (minus the servo-arm), I'll post pics in a few hours. It's actually a fairly simple conversion, you just need to butcher the guns a little bit and add a chunk of sprue in between the torso and gun
