Here is a list I'm planning on assembling soon just for fun.
It's full Khorne and I'm trying to use all the fun stuff I can think of in it.

Here goes!
4,000 points

Bloodthirster
Immortal fury
Armor of Khorne

Bloodthirster
Immortal fury
Armor of Khorne

Heroes
Skulltaker

Herald of Khorne
Firestorm blade

Herald of Khorne
BSB
Obsidian armor
The stubborn banner ( can't remember it's name)

Herald of Khorne
Juggernaught
Armor of Khorne
Fire storm blade

Herald of Khorne
Juggernaught
Armor of Khorne
Firestorm blade

Core

2x 39 bloodletters
Full command

Rare
7 blood crushers
Full command

5 bloodcrushers
Full command

Around 4k but the banner might be pushing it.
I would like to include a blood chariot for skull taker, but I'm not sure if that's a great idea or not.
It seems like it'd be fun though

I have a FW bloodthirster and will be using this:
http://www.pegasomodels.it/productdetails_en.asp?id=806
As the other one. With Balrog wings.

One of the two bloodletters blocks will be made up of perry bros katana samurai, I wanted to do this because
I think that the idea of Khorne worshipers being maddened berserkers is cool but should be complimented by the other kind.
Warriors who take great pride in their skill and strength, such as the samurai. I'm going to model all the samurai as having Oni-esque
Faces.

Thanks for reading!

P.S
Sorry if the grammar and format is odd, I'm doing this on my phone in class.

4,000 points?
At that level, it's tough to comment on the strength of any list, as you can do so much that is outside the norm.
Only having 4 units + characters is pretty comical for 4,000 points.
Having zero spell defense means that armies much smaller than yours may steam roll you. At least take a spell breaker or two.

At 4K, I'd expect any army that can take warmachines to show up with 6 to 12 of them. And you don't have much to deal with them.

If you want to stick to a pure khorne them, drop a hero or two, and the 2nd blood thirster. Pick up two units of flesh hounds, split the 80 blood letters into 3 groups (30,30,20), and get some furies (modeled as bloodletters with wings).
Get 2 spellbreakers, that will let you dispel the first two purple suns.

I see what you're saying about the anti-magic and the anti-warmachines, but I really do want to run a double thirster list just to see what will happen (if they don't die...). Another thing is that people that I've seen play do not spam warmachines. At all. They take a few at most, because many of the people I've played with agree that they aren't much fun, and there are more interesting was to destroy an enemy than fielding a dozen cannons/catapults/bolt throwers.

I am considering taking a lore of beasts Tzeentch Gerald with the stubborn banner and say its a "bloodcaller shaman" some sort of non wizard who channels the power of slaughter in a way similar to Skrag. This would help solve some of my anti magic problems ( a lvl 2 with dispel scroll) but this wouldn't be pure Khorne as far as rules are concerned...

The other option I was considering is dropping the second thirster, and taking a daemon prince with ASF, wings, and a spell breaker, he could support the BT and free up enough points to field some extra letters (maybe boost the block of 20 you suggested to 30?)

I like the idea of furies, and I'd probably drop the smallish unit f crushers to make way for them, the extra letters, and any other doo dads I want to throw in.

Honestly I completely agree that 4,000 points is sort of goofy just because you can do SO much weird stuff, but I think that's where the game really shines, because you can actually do anything that you want (I.E two bloodthirsters).

Yeah, 4k is an awkward point value for critique, as most players don't have optimized 4k lists. I don't think you'll be seeing 12 war machines, but you will see more than you would in 2500 if someone has any extras lying around.
What you will see is dual lv.4's and a ton of lv.2's trying to rock you in the magic (win) phase.

Don't drop the 2nd thirster for a DP, cause in WHFB they suck.
I'd drop some of the bloodletters and the smaller bloodcrushers for flesh hounds and furies.
The flesh hounds are fast enough to keep up with the thirster so they can dual charge a unit. You're likely to keep winning CC due to wounds alone.
Bloodletters and crushers will do the same thing, only the 'letters ranks will really help carry the combat in subsequent rounds after the hate wears off.
Furies are good for charging war machines, and blocking charge lanes so don't get out maneuvered too early in the game.

The speed from the hounds will help offset the lack of magic, as you'll be in CC turn 2. KB will help deal with LoLife, and furies can always suicide charge a unit to try and kill the wizard out of it.

Cause the chicks dig it...
