I'm not that big a fan of the conversion beamer. The small template just misses too much cept vs things like land raiders, storm ravens and valks. Maybe drop the callidus and throw down 2 ven rifle dreads?

Why the combi melta? the reg melta seems like it'd do just as well in your short range fights anyway.

Frankly, I've always like henchmen lists for lower point games but I can see some interesting things to take at much higher points.

Why on earth do the redeemers have psyflame ammo? They should have psybolt! Id personally take all 3 as redeemer with psybolt and mulitmeltas! I also don't get why the acolytes have combi-meltas rather than just meltas?

Also im not convinced you need both assassins. Who travels in what transport? Not sure 3 landslides are as survival as you'd think at this point level.
