Looks really good. I would paint the gems on the fire dragon in a similar way to the gems on the exarch. Very cool red to yellow transition on the exarch by the way. The yellow on the weapons looks a little flat, so maybe some highlights/wash on there to add some depth?

Colour scheme looks good. Especially the exarch with the fade from red to yellow

You should keep these away from diabetics, because these models are sweet! I like the yellow tone you've achieved. Yellow is a very hard color. In particular, on the opposing ends of the exarch's weapon. Could you share how you got such a nice tone?

The red-to-orange transition on the Exarch's left-leg could be a little smoother, since the red seems to have a distinct point of demarcation where it should instead have a gradual change.

But apart from that, solid work!

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Jimsolo,
I dont really find yellow that difficult, i use a nice even coat of iyanden darksun, followed by 2 coats of golden yellow and a wash of gryphonne sepia. Then maybe a touch up with golden yellow and a final drybrush and or highlight with sunburst yellow. that should give you a nice yellow.
