I'm converting an AdMech army for armies on parade, and I was wondering if any of you guys could give me some advice on it?

The seals and such from titans and the cities of death are great additions. I have also seen people use gears and cogs from cheap watches, and I have seen some good stuff from other model shops such as Micro Art Studios

Most watch gears are very small and thin - think photoetched details - they're great for lots of things, but consider trying to find some busted old electronics, too. Fried disk drives, VCRs, etc. are great sources of chunkier plastic and steel gears that are better suited to buildings, vehicles, and larger scratchbuilding/basing projects.
