Depens on your army. If you have lots of vehicles Shield is good. Rage is good for big squads off assault marines and terminators.

My army has a lot of infantry in it.

Then Rage, Fear and Lance are your choices.

Since you already instant death people with your forcesword all it does is boost your strength and lose you a more effective power, ok against tanks i suppose, but why would your libbie be assaulting tanks?

What if i upgrade him to episoltery? then he can use sanguine sword then asualt and he can still use hi force sword.

But then your losing the use of rage fear or lance that turn, as said they are the best powers you can give infantry lists, it's your list bro but I haven't seen it used well, its very rare you use his sword because most hq's can cut through a libbie but getting off rage (my personal favourite) and another power is awesome sauce
