Lots of redirectors. Strong magic phase backed by semi-impressive shooting. Could be pretty effective. Bubble smiting for results in both the combat and shooting phase. Ushapti target heavy stuff like enemy MC, ironblasters + skull cannons, immune to flaming characters etc while the necroknights clear bodies and knight buses.

Could it work?

1) 35 warriors isn't nearly enough. You also have too many units of horse archers. Cut 1-2 of those units and put the points into more skeletons.

2) Bunkers need a champion more than they need a banner. +1 CR is nothing, but the champion will save your wizard from a mage hunting character or demon prince through challenges. Very important.

3) Power stone should be on the death caster, scroll on the hierophant. Just make sure to specify that you're trying to dispel with the guy who doesn't have the scroll.

4) Bows on ushabti are extremely underwhelming. They'll plink a few wounds but won't earn you any points (nor will much of the rest of your army). Give them great weapons instead if you're insisting on Ushabti.
