Is it 4 or 5 because i'm pretty sure its 5 but i have seen on some other forums 4 i'm just a bit confused. (i'm newish to the game)
if its 4 can you explain why.

It's 5+, but it used to be 4+.

It's almost always a 5+ but there are a few exceptions.

Two that spring to mind are the +1 invuln from Daemonology, and the +1 Invuln to all demons from the Warp Storm, when playing against demons.
