Is assembled/painted?

General rule is 50 to 60% for assembled but unpainted stuff
and then 40% to 50% for average/poor paintjobs

nope it is all assembled and none of it is painted
only sprayed black

And, more importantly, it it assembled well? If you've removed all of the mold lines, filled the gaps between parts, glued everything carefully, etc, you might get close to retail price. If you've carelessly torn parts off the sprues, left glue puddles everywhere, etc, you'll be lucky to get any money for your garbage.
