Your OB setup is good, but I recommend dragonhelm, Dawnstone, OTS and
GW too. It's cheaper.
Drop the
MR from the slann and if you can, get it in your CO bus.
Plus your meant to be having a cloud, drop the krocs and add more skirmishers, so you can double flee more.

I normally run an additional OB with
GW, Steg helm, OTS, ToP which is really though but this build is my killy build. Your build, though tough, won't deal with the Tzeentch
BSB or the other nasty characters. He is meant to murder, not hold up units. Halberds on my scarvets are there so that I hit before trolls, Ogres and Horrors which are I2 and lower. I feel S6 is good enough to deal with most threats and I have the OB there to take on the 1+ Monstrous cav and characters.
I'll drop 1 krox in each unit to add 2 more skirmishing units, I need the krox on the flanks though to be able to rally and at least keep my banners a bit safer.
