I ran this list over the weekend and it worked pretty well. Almost all the boyz have an invul, all of them have FnP. The weirdboy is there to hopefully give the boyz Sanctuary or Hammerhand. Grotsnik makes them fearless, and provides extra damage (FnP aswell). The morkanauat carries the mek around and follows the boyz giving them the invul and providing fire support.

Other then the logistics of moving 100 models around the table, the biggest weakness is protecting the warboss from bad challenges. Although this can be mitigated by keeping him in the back and out of the fight for as long as possible.

There is no OS in this list but I think that it is overrated most of the time anyway.

I would like to get the 4++ KFF in here but the Ghazz detachment forces you to take an elite (I don't think any of the elite make sense in this list) and I would have to give up an HQ. I could take multiple CADs or a CAD and Ghaz Detachment but then I almost have to loose the morkanauat; which makes me sad.

Sounds good to me, the thought of painting and even moving all those models on the board makes me cry though.

Why mad doc and not a pain boy? Because if it's for fearless...there is a banner for 20pts+20pts for a normal painboy. Also why worry about the unit being fearless? They just kill 3-6 more boyz a turn, not a big deal. They can't fail. +2 to mob rule. Might open up those points you need.

Well its 70 points for the banner and a regular painboy so Mad Dok is only really costing me 90 points. Which is about what a cheap Warboss would cost. The other reason for not taking the banner, is so that if the Warboss dies, I don't loose the Waagh and fearless. There is a real danger of him dying by getting stuck in a bad challenge. That said it is certainly worth considering.

I think fearless is important for this mob. The whole point of this formation is to have a unit that you opponent simply cannot kill over the course of a game. There is no reason make his job easier, when like you said I ignore the mob rule for 20 points.
