It has been 10 years since KR revolutionised the case and tray market with our innovative “soft foam, hard case” principle that has proved so popular amongst gamers. In that time KR have become the leading tray and case manufacturer for Wargaming storage and transport – don’t just take our word for it, simply take a look in your gaming club or local gaming store to see for yourself.

We want all our customers to join in the 10 year anniversary of KR and to celebrate KR providing the best and most versatile system for miniature figure and model storage and so we are giving away FREE cases !

To get a free case, simply buy any Kaiser Transport Bag, any Backpack or any Aluminium Case and you will get a standard size card case including trays completely FREE ! The free case will appear at the checkout, just let us know which trays to put in there – choose from any of our range of Core, Custom and even the Colour trays too.

This offer is also extended via local (bricks & Mortar) participating Gaming Stores, ask at yours when you are next in there!

The offer ends on the 31st October 2014, head to http://www.krmulticase.com for full details and see our Facebook page too.

Just to make you smile here is a pic of a typical KR customer with 50+ cases......

You can see why the simple and effective KR card case system with soft foam works better than anything else. Well worth taking advantage of the anniversary offer before it ends on the 31st October :-)

I already have one kr case and was tempted to pick up a bag sometime.

Btw is there a way to order the kaiser 2 with a single card case and then get the second case as the freebie?

Thanks

Carl

Wow, a KR deal available outside the US! Probably should take advantage... if I can be bothered working out the latest custom trays I need.

Carlos, I think you can buy an empty Kaiser 2, get your free case, then add another case.

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

It's funny. Was about to order one from MM the other day, so went on KRs site to check out the dimensions of the trays and caught the deal there. Suffice to say, placed my order. Hopefully get it before the end of the month so I can judge whether to place another.

Seems the case doesnt get added if you order an empty Kaiser and a separate card case sadly.

Yeah you can't order an empty case. So this offer won't save you any money if you were planning on buying a bag filled with card cases. You'll simply get an extra case on top of the ones in the bag.

Probably will end up getting a kaiser 3...but do you still use plastic handles on the larger aluminium cases? I'm paranoid the thing will break while carrying it.

The Kaiser3 is the best option for you as the free case can be easily swapped in and out of it. No worries on the aluminium cases, the fixings are very secure on the handles so no need to be concerned,

Hmm, I was thinking of getting a new KR case, as my case-less minis are starting to pile up... Looks like now's a good time!

Didn't you guys used to carry Flames of War foam? What happened to that?

I need something that can carry 28mm infantry, a few WWII vehicles, and a bunch of flames of war models, 2 infantry companies and a couple of tank companies.

Just need to figure out what kind of foam would work for flames of war minis.

I noticed that as well, so I googled it. The fow sets show up if you google it or just search from the site, but not from the site links. I ordered a FOW set for the card case and it shipped today.

We are just revising the FoW section of the site, the best trayset you want is the FoW1 - it holds 54 medium vehicles and 72 medium troop bases (remove a wall and you get space for a large base), as Triple9 says just use the search on the website in the interim.

As Tyron says - Yes free cases, what better way to celebrate 10 years of providing the cheapest and most durable system for wargaming storage than to share that with the gamers who want more storage cases.

KR are still the best value in terms of figures stored per £ (or $ or €) spent on a case, and with the key advantage of 6 sides of soft foam around your minis they have the ultimate protection - no hard tray bases or hard tray foam to damage your collections - KR is the only system where you can store your case on its side, on its end or even upside down and still keep that full protection :-)

@KR,
how do i go about ordering say a Al case 2 but want 2 -4 different foam load outs for DzC? 2 holds 12 1/2 foam correct (6 high by 2 wide)? Be nice to use 6 for UCM, 3 for Scourge, 3 for PHR and free case being resistance.

That is a nice promo and I would be sorely tempted, if it was not for the sales lingo which ALWAYS rubs me the wrong way...

Maybe someone who actually owns both can answer on this (NOT KR, please):

Feldherrs Carton box M houses 144 instead of 108 single 32mm minis, for 26 EUR instead of 33,50 EUR, but otherwise seems to be pretty much the same thing.

Feldherr dont offer custom trays (big minus for WH40K players) but apart from that: Is there a noteable difference in quality between the two that would justify to pay more for less space?

simply pick the case and type in the trays you want in the freeform field to order the AL2 with 2 -4 different foam load outs for DzC

Or simply email direct and we will invoice you for it and save you the hard work,

Well, I bought cases 12 and 13 with this offer, so "Thanks KR"
The newer Kaiser1 bag is much better than the older one.

man this is a tough choice. Have to figure out if a Kaiser or a backpack is the better choice for what I need to carry 2 card cases. Kaiser bag looks like it holds more books and extra stuff, but the backpack looks nice since it's, well, a backpack.

Anyone have experience with both? Leaning toward the Kaiser 2 but if the backpack is a nice enough quality to justify the price I could see myself going for that instead.

I have both. The backpack is 2 years old, and the Kaiser2 case is 2 months old.
The backpack is far easier to carry, but I think the pockets on the Kaiser are bigger.
The main problem I have is carrying the hardback books. The BRB and a couple of codexes fill the front pocket of the backpack.
Luckily, my IG takes up at least 4 boxes, so both get taken along anyway.

I'll try transferring it all over to the bag later and see what holds the most.

The sole problem I have with my Kaiser 3 is the pocket layout. While it has two large pockets, one inside the top and one on the outside, because they share a side you can’t stuff either one full without impacting the other. This was particularly bad in 6th edition with the massive tome that was the rulebook. The newer, thinner one should be better (but I’m still waiting to grab a DV book at a reasonable price) While I could fit my rules, codex, and stronghold assault in the bag, it looked like a python that had just swallowed a pig; big distended books straining against the fabric. The tall, narrow pockets on the side were too oddly shaped to hold anything I had other then a granola bar.

That said, the Kaiser 2 looks to actually have better pocket space then the 3, with one big pocket on the side and another on top.

But as for the important thing, transporting miniatures, I have nothing but love for my KR case. I’d recommend them for anyone looking to get a new case.

Just a quick update that due to the high demand for the KR 10 year anniversary offer, there is unfortunately a slight delay on dispatching orders both from the UK and the US factories. We are scheduling overtime to ensure delays are minimised, but it does mean that rather than being able to ship out next day that your orders are being shipped out within 3 working days. Please bear with us whilst we catch up !

What's the difference in price between choosing a coloured foam for your standard size aluminium case and the regular blue foam? I am looking to do a bespoke fit, but I can't see the option there.

Do you also have a link to the various colours of foam you offer so I can see which one suits me best?

Cheers!

Hi, the price difference is $9.99 to go for the coloured foam in a standard case shipped to Australia (choose from Red, Green, White, Light Grey, Grey, Dark Grey, Light Green, Light Pink, Pink, and Dark Pink), all 14 days for us to make your personalised order as all the trays are shelf stocked in blue but only a selection in other colours. The next revision to the website will add a section for the colour trays to be viewed, as well as the individual tray images showing each tray colour.
