Once a week for me. I like the hobby because I get out and it gives me something to do. Watching Neflix, lets put some guys together and paint them. Why not get/make a table and invite people over to play. If you have kids, teach them the basics, maybe your wife? At my hobby shop I'm usually the youngest in. I'm about 20, the oldest I believe is about in his early 50s. Unless 40k is ruining your life, I think you'll be fine to stay mate

Yep. It gets you out of the house, forces you to mingle with young people, and keeps you out of the pub.

As long as you're not crippling yourself financially or wrecking relationships with other people, I don't see a problem.

It's only bad if you make it bad. There's nothing wrong with having a hobby as long as it doesn't get in the way of higher priorities.
Everyone needs a hobby I think. As to what level of time spent, that's for the individual to decide.

It's a money sink for sure. That's what hobbies are for.

Do you shower? That's important.
