Been reading about some success with wyches, so I thought I'd give them a try.
This is built with a lot of synergy in mind.

Urien
Archon, webway, armor of misery
5 mandrakes
2x10 Warriors, lance and blaster
2x7 wyches, 'Trix with haywire
2x Raiders, night shields, dark lance
5 wyches, 'Trix with haywire
Venom, 2nd cannon
2x5 Scourge, 4 haywire on 1 unit, heat on the other
6 Reavers, 2 caltrops

Dark Artisan
Haemonculus w/webway, scissor hands, stinger pistol
Talos, heat lances
Cronos, Spirit Probe

Spirit Seer
3 Wind Riders, shuriken cannon
5 Wraithguard

Urien gives everyone within 12" fear (via Ancient Evil warlord trait), and boosts power from pain. Cronos boost feel no pain by 1, so on turn 2, I've got a bubble of 4+ FnP.
Archon bubbles -2 Ld (which stacks with the Dark Artisans -1 Ld), forcing fear checks at -3. My god, fear might do something.
Since I only have 3 fast attack, I'd run the main DE force as a CAD for objective secured, and also get Obj Sec on the eldar allies.
Combined, it's 7 units +3 transports, all objective secured.
If wyches make it into combat, 4++ and 4+ FnP is tough to grind down.
Depending on the runes of battle rolled up for the spirit seer, he'll either go with the webway archon and wraithguard or jump in a raider with Urien and the wyches.
