I think this is just strictly better than drop pods for an alpha strike, no only getting half your army, no scattering, all on T5 relentless fast platforms, scout and born in the saddle just put this over the top.

Looks very tight and high powered.

I run a similar list without the Attack Bikes and instead a Space Wolves allies with 2 5 man grey-hunters in pods and a Wolf Priest for some divinitation buffing. Its brutal.
