I thought I should start a blog instead of spamming the LOER terrain competition post.

And about time you did!

It's always great to have chance to see more of your work.

Wall's coming along nicely, BTW, though I agree with the idea of roughening up the poster a bit.

Cheers Littletower.
I'm getting into the weathering of the wall now.
I like to make things crisp and clean first then dirty them up and break bits and pieces where necessary.

WIP's of the wall.
I made some cardboard tiles and got glueing.

Here's a big photo dump of older terrain that I've made in the last 6 months.
I'm just getting back into tabletop wargaming after a 12 year break. Making terrain was always my favorite part of the hobby.

Yes. A blog. Excellent. Subbed. I like the fantasy/medieval stuff. Making that sort of terrain was always more enjoyable than most Sc-fi stuff.

You play ALEPH? Or just have the minis?

Thanks Red. I bought a bunch of ALEPH cheap off a mate at my gaming club about a month ago. I've been slowly painting them up.
I also got Operation Ice Storm the other day to help with learning the rules for when 3rd edition arrives later in the year.
So far I'm just enjoying getting my significant other interested in miniatures so hopefully we can learn together!
(I'm just getting back into TT games after a 12 year break, I play 40K, Saga and just bought a Warhammer Lizardmen army cheap off of eBay).
I really like the LOER terrain comps because it makes me slow down and take some care making pieces rather than just bashing out stuff for next weeks game with my mate .

Long time no update...I just smashed out a Lustrian Mordheim board to use at my local gaming club.
It's turned out ok so far, I just need to add a crap tonne of creepers and static grass, oh and pour the water effects.
