I have a warmachine hordes privateer press bag that uses 15.5W x 8.5L foam, and I am wondering if I can use it for 40k. I play space wolves and finally need to carry my collection in a different way. I know I can use the custom tray creator to make myself some custom trays and then order those, but I also feel like that would take a whole lot of my time, as it isn't the easiest thing to use. If any of you have some premade templates for 40k on those dimensions of tray, that would be super useful.

Most of the infantry models will fit just fine in the premade troop trays that you likely already have. Battlefoam also makes premade foam loadouts for most of the 40k armies. Just head over to their site and take a look.

I use one with the premade troop trays. Works fine. In the near future though I am going to purchase a Warhammer specific bag so I can use the nifty foam trays for 40k and use my old bag for my D&D miniatures.

Is terrible and wastes space.

The standard troop ones should fit your basic infantry.

The 'large model' standard tray (and especially those made for Khador and Trollbloods) will fit most of your 40mm models.
