Solid list. Venom spam is definitely the way to go for a competitive game.

The only changes I may make is take out a unit of scourges and the Incubi unit to give yourself enough points for another unit of 4 Grots, maybe with a Succubus w glaive if the points work out.

Three units of haywire seems like overkill and the Incubi just arent as good as the Grots in CC IMHO.

I agree with the above idea mostly.

I would drop the Incubi for a unit of 4 Grotesques. That way, you can run the Grotesquerry formation (1Haem, 2 units of Grots) which gives them access to beefed up combat drugs and IWND. Incubi are good, i grant you, but what they are good against is not what you need to kill. Grotesques are just scarier in general. All you have to do is drop the Incubi and their Raider, and convert your spare Venom into a Raider to transport them.

You want to know the best bit about it? They don't 100% need baby-sitting, because they use the coven PFP rules which grant them fearless on turn 2. If you want i can PM you the relevant info from the Coven Supplement.

On the other hand, do not drop the Scourges. They will be invaluable against the massive amounts of Knights you will see. If you needed anything to make points on, you'd simply drop an extra warrior squad. Remember, you don't have objective secured anyhow, so the actual warriors aren't really needed since you can by Venoms in fast attack.

I don't have the points to buy a second haemy for the formation and still have an HQ for my primary detachment.

Also, I don't have extra fast slots to take venoms as fast. I need to bring troops to get more venoms

3 units of blaster scourges is a lot of points that will do nothing when there aren't any vehicles to hunt.

I would make them multi use with heat or dark lances.

I agree with the comment on haywire blasters.

If you end up playing daemons/nids/ a lot of Sw builds/ a lot of GK builds you will see few AV models. I would switch some of the scourges to heatlances or blasters. They will still be good against knights but effective against other armies that lack lots of AV models.
