- Basic plan is Nemesor/Crptek/20 warriors start on field with Wraiths. Turn 2 pick the reroll reserve power to bring in Night Scythe, C'tan and Monolith into play turn 2.

One question, what does the God shackle do?

I don't think the mephrit dynasty 3+ fnp applies to the trancendant ctan but I could be wrong. Anyone who has the book please let me know. A trancendant ctan with 3+ fnp is mean, even meaner if you have the crypteck a cronomatron.

Given that the Transcendent C'tan is hideously misnamed now, there's no balance issues caused by him having it... But he doesn't have "C'tan Shard" in the unit name so RAW is against it.

Certainly I'd not object to using the relic like that though.
