I could actually exchange one of the teams of fleshounds for another unit of bikers with plasmaguns but I felt a single unit of fleshounds would be a bit weird and on its own.
The Fleshounds are basicly there to tie up the opponents shooty units while the rest of my army guns the rest down, I feel they could also help the Bloodletters survive by being arround.

You do khorne a disservice by shooting. Get in there and take some heads!

Honestly looks decent. You have some good things, but they seem kinda fragile. The hound units are small and will be focused with the thirsters. That's what I feel.

I'd bring melta over plasma, some anti armor punch would be great.

I know that without maulerfiend who have magma cutters the khorne lists is a bit weak against armor so thats why I took 3 meltabombs, would you feel that this isnt enough? Even with the plasmaguns, bloodthirsters and soulgrinders?

I suppose I could exchange one of the unit of fleshhounds into another biker unit with meltaguns. Maybe even exchanging another biker units plasma for melta giving me 2 units of meltas and 2 units of plasmas.
