My suggestion cuts the Purifiers, making those five models into the second half of a 10-man Interceptor squad that can then Combat Squad. It also cuts Crow for points to field a third Dreadknight. Various gear changed throughout.
Combined Arms Detachment (Grey Knights) 165: Librarian: ML3, DLD, Stormbolter
195: Terminators: Psycannon, Hammer
195: Terminators: Psycannon, Hammer
260: Interceptors: +5 Interceptors, 2 Incinerators (Combat Squads)
200: Stormraven:
TL Lascannon,
TL Multi-melta
195: Dreadknight: Teleporter, Heavy Psycannon
195: Dreadknight: Teleporter, Heavy Psycannon
195: Dreadknight: Teleporter, Heavy Psycannon
1600
Officio Assassinorum Detachment 150: Vindicare Assassin
If you want a Nemesis Strike Force, or simply don't have a third Dreadknight, those points along with the Librarian's Stormbolter make a nice round 200 points to add another unit or more wargear to the ones you have.
20: + Heavy Incinerator to first Dreadknight
20: + Heavy Incinerator to second Dreadknight
155: Librarian: ML3, Cuirass of Sacrifice, Storm Bolter (As the more survivable of the two, this would make the better Warlord)
5: +Storm Bolter back to the First Librarian
OR
175: Crowe
20: + Heavy Incinerator on first Dreadnought
5: + Storm Bolter back to the Librarian
OR
145: Purifiers: 5 pairs of Falchions
55: Raxorback (Dedicated Transport for Purifiers)
etc.

Take two incinerators with the Purfs.
Don't take a psycannon on Interceptors. They like to move, and the Psycannon doesn't. Take Incins on Intercepts.
Drop the Vindicare. That'll leave you with about 90pts to spend.
Cleansing Flame has a tendency to burn light enemies out of range of the Incinerators, so it doesn't always pay off, since they give up their Force Swords to get them.
I completely agree on Incinerators instead of Psycannons on Interceptors.
The Vindicare is good at hunting everything. How good he is largely depends on how well the player positions him and picks targets. So his usefullness really boils down to how good the player is at using him. He does compliment the Grey Knights well with their lack of long range anti-vehicle.
And if you somehow luck into getting a Vindicare on a Skyfire Nexus, he can shoot at Fliers and Flying Monstrous Creatures at his BS8, S10, AP1, ignoring Armor and Cover Saves (No Jinking).
