The
SS panzergrenaider is a company box rather than army box.
An army box has the last number of Bxx.
So any box ended in B and 2 number is an army box.
A company box contains a company
HQ, two infantry platoons, and possibly infantry support weapons like machine guns. The
SS Panzergrenadier box is unique in that it also contains a battery of anti-tank guns (and not cheap ones, either), which are not found in *any* other company boxes. Thus, I refer to it as a hybrid.
You can argue over whether the cataloguing system puts it in one category or the other, but the fact of the matter is that the contents include more than what is found in any other company box.
