Lookin for advice on army list. Its 2500 only marauders or units that can be fluffy with marauders.

Special characters are solid, but I think you can do a lot better on your DIY heroes. I'd take the lord off his palanquin, give him the Crown of Command to anchor his unit, a proper magic weapon (Ogre Blade is classic, Sword of Anti-Heroes is often quite effective in 8E), and then layer in armor (Scaled Skin + shield) to get him up there. I'd say a ward too, but he can lean on Festus' regen save, right? Assuming no KB (and Festus living)! In which case you may have room for Dawnstone for that sexy rerolled 1+ combo'd with regen

For the BSB, I'd like to see a Nurgle version of the daemonic mount build. My clubmate runs this:

Exalted Hero - MoN, talisman of preservation, charmed shield, great weapon, barded daemonic mount (+ moar gifts?)

Gives you another mobile damage vector, capable of working on his own, helping out marauder horse, etc. For other gifts, cool stuff is always cool, however poison or fiery breath top my choices for most useful.

Off the top, I think you should drop the champs, standards and light armor on the marauders. This turns them back into fast cav and keeps their command investment light, since the musician is all they need (unless you're playing some scenarios that want standards? In which case you've got three solid flags already?) I'd then use the points saved to pick up 1-2 units of 5 warhounds, simply to be true chaff and do the dirty work you don't want to use the horses for (i.e. dying to get their job done).

Wulfrik's unit is fine as is, flails can work as you aren't expecting protracted combat with meaningful foes. As for the horde, I would think about investing in great weapons. I know they're hella expensive now, but you should expect to have to grind, and (poisoned) S5 is infinitely more useful than (poisoned) S3, simply from an armor breaking standpoint if nothing else. If you aren't playing with unit points caps - many tournaments I go/went to have 450 point caps per unit - I'd also think about laying in another 10 marauders, for a full 5x10 / 10x5 block. Hence the lord's stubborn crown to keep those S5 lumberjacks swinging as long as possible.

I would heartily suggest great weapons. In part because ahw for the whole unit just adds +1A to the front dudes (while gw benefit all of them), and also because your army has plenty of S3-5, but not much S6 armor cracking power.

I'm sure you'll have less after making the above changes What I feel the list is really missing is more magical presence. Festus just has two spells, right? Against lord level casters he won't really get them off, unless he goes IF ... which is extra bad, since you bought him partially for his buffs! If you can stuff in another caster I'd think about making it happen, possibly with a dispel scroll or ruby ring or so. 2x level 2 wizards doesn't make for a great magic phase, but you might get something off this way, and can go ham with the dice on the unnamed sorcerer
