Will the tactics destroids fit in with battletech figs?

Wait... Battletech has a scale for its miniatures?
Seriously, though; the Destroids are fine for Battletech size.
Unfortunately, the Glaug/Marauder is too big, as are the Valkyries for representing Wasps/Stingers/Valkyries.
The Super Valk and Armoured Valk might be alright for the Phoenix Hawk and Crusader respectively... if they ever appear, that is...

I have used the Robotech kits to flesh out my own Battletech forces and the destroids work perfectly for Battletech.

That is a Robotech tactics model on an Iron Wind Metals' Battletech hex base. The `Mech height fits well with other IWM and Ral Partha `Mechs of similar weights.
Chillreaper is correct, the Glaug/Marauder is too big. However, the Valkyries in hybrid mode make wonderful LAMs, but in `Mech mode those Valks are too large to be considered 20-ton light `Mechs.
Go for the Defenders, Phalanxes and Tomahawks, though. Those kits mesh really well with Battletech's existing line.

The new ones look far, far better than the reseens, but they're still not the same as the originals.
If we didn't have the RRT models, I'd be totally happy with them, but being as we've got the Warhammer from my childhood available, I think I'll stick to that!
