I currently play IG and Orks... I wanted a close combat army but Orks don't do it for me so now I'm trying to get rid of them and start a space wolf army... When I say close combat I mean straight up in your face little to no shooting. So what would be a good 1750 list look like?

Tournament hard lists is pretty much taking all the TWC you can fit. Point and click and away you go.

If your in a more fluff or friendly environment then there are lots of other choices. The new Wulfen units is pretty good. I love 15 bloodclaws charging out of Landraider Crusaders. Wolf guard units can be made very choppy and if you like terminators Arjacs battle brothers can really bring the pain once they get stuck in.

I got the stormclaw box which was a nice start (only made can is worlfbourne lol) so I need to start up too. I have some basic wolves. Then I'm going to get the thunderwolves. Maybe add scouts, drop pod, a whirlwind and maybe another hq.
