Pale court detachment - 1850
Autarch - Warp jump generator, banshee mask, fusion gun
3•5 Warp Spiders w/ exarch
Wasp Phalanex
7•1 Wasps all w/ Scatter Laser/Star cannon
Hornet Squardon
5•1 Hornet w/ double pulse lasers
Jetseer council - basic
Inquisition detachment
Inquisitor w/ 3 servo skulls

Very fast army that either deploy or outflank/deep strike being very effective. Wasps do what scat bikes do in a different sense while having a bit of AP2 shooting. The council is there to pick on MSU style units and lend a hand with physic phase. Unfortunately it does lack in the obsec area which can cost me in maelstrom points for ITC missions. I've tried it a few times without the council and unfortunately without a bit of physic defense out there conclaves don't think twice about using many dice when it comes to casting.

I don't understand your hornets. In a war host don't you have to take squadrons of three in their own formation thing?

He's using the formation from the Doom of Mymeara book which allows you to take a single squadron of 3 to 6 Hornets. I'll write the list out a bit clearer for you.

Craftworld Warhost

Core Choice: Pale Court Detachment - Hallf of Martial Splendour, Aspect Lord-Shrine
- Autarch - Warp Jump Generator, Banshee Mask, Fusion Gun
- 5 Warp Spiders - Exarch
- 5 Warp Spiders - Exarch
- 5 Warp Spiders - Exarch

Auxiliary Choice: Wasp Phalanx
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon

Auxiliary Choice: Hornet Squadron
- 1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers
- 1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers
- 1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers
- 1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers
- 1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers

Command Choice: Seer Council
- Farseer - Jetbike
- Farseer - Jetbike
- Warlock - Jetbike
- Warlock - Jetbike
- Warlock - Jetbike
- Warlock - Jetbike
- Warlock - Jetbike

Inquisition Detachment
- Inquisitor with 3 Servo skulls

A couple things I noticed that are a little weird:
- You have too many Wasps. Wasp Phalanx allow you to take up to 6 Walkers, and you have 7. Simply taking 2 Wasp Phalanxes will fix this.
- Your hornets must all be a single squadron, as per the restriction in the Hornet Swarm formation. You could break them up a little by taking two hornet swarm formations and one more hornet, and running them as two squads of 3.
- Your Autarch should probably take a close combat weapon or jetbike so he or the seer council can make use of his banshee mask.

Other than that it looks fine. Should perform well in a competitive setting, especially with the jetseer council in there.

1 unit of 5 hornets is totally unweildy on the table. I run units of 3 quite often and they are very hard to place so they get LoS to the thing I want to kill and make use of their 48" range to last a second turn without being shot. So not good, I would say.

The best use for your autarch is to place him with the Council on a jetbike. Then his mask is really valuable. I love the laser lance on him, though I would also say your council needs the shard of anaris in it to stop it running away with so much ld shenanigans about...

You don't have enough scoring units with your giant hornet squadron and wasp phalanx.

Thanks for the rewrite of the list, I actually didn't know the hornets could only be taken as one huge squadron. I thought it was up to 6 squadrons in one formation.

The Wasp Phalanx is yes split into two formations in the detachment. One of 4 and one of 3.

The Autarch is meant to DS with the spiders and separate as necessary to join the council.

He'll slow the council down a lot...

So I did some play testing and I discovered that the council really doesn't fit the feel of the army the greatest and I have tried out a few replacement units in it's place and I have discovered that the list flows better with more obsec bikes and firepower

So here is the new variant of the list:

Craftworld Warhost

Pale Court -

Core Choice: Pale Court Detachment - Hallf of Martial Splendour, Aspect Lord-Shrine
- Autarch - Warp Jump Generator, Banshee Mask, Fusion Gun
- 5 Warp Spiders - Exarch
- 5 Warp Spiders - Exarch
- 5 Warp Spiders - Exarch

1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon
1 Wasp - Scatter Laser, Starcannon

Auxiliary Choice: Wraith Constructs
1 Skathach Knight - 2 Scatter Lasers, Deathshroud Cannon, Scattershield

Inquisition Detachment
- 1 Inquisitor with 3 Servo skulls

CAD: Eldar Corsairs
1 Corsair Prince - Cloud Dancer, Traveler of Forgotten Paths
3 Cloud Dancers - 2 Splinter Cannons
3 Cloud Dancers - 2 Splinter Cannons
3 Cloud Dancers - 2 Splinter Cannons
3 Cloud Dancers - 2 Splinter Cannons
1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers
1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers
1 Hornet - 2 Pulse Lasers

Tell me what you guys think of the changes....
