Or do you just pay for the main battalion? I noticed the "Warrior Chamber" Battalion for the Stormbros is made up of a butt load of the other Batallions. And the Khorne Bloodbound have one too, though not as big.

My understanding is that you would need to pay for all of them. Think about it this way... for a regular Battalion, you'd need to pay for the component parts, right? Same thing. Doesn't matter if the component parts are units or Battalions. You pay for them.
