Subject: NZ embargo on codexes?

I was looking at getting the Death Watch codex on the GW site but couldn't find it anywhere, comparing NZ to the UK it seems we don't have the option of getting loads of books.
Am I just blind/mad? I contacted GW early last month about this and have yet to get a response. So is NZ so embargoed that we are not even able to play certain armies?

Wait, you are allowed to play? No no no, this won't do, I'm going to file a complaint to the Gaol-Governor. A penal colony where people have "rights? Preposterous!
Okay, gottta knock it. Most likely the website has a brainfart, I know it happened a while ago in the Spanish one ( month or so).

No it's fine, they just haven't restocked.
The Deathwatch book is soon to be obsolete as it's being rolled into the new Imperial Agents book.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Wait... was that last bit true? About the DW codex being rolled into the Imperial Agents one?
If true, there is still a faction at GW that likes to take a piss over their hardcore fans.
