Torn between the relic to take for the infiltrators. Between the Phase Taser and The Phosphoenix anyone have an opinion?

I have play tested variants of this list and have been successful. Looking for some tweeks by taking a 3rd squad of destroyers with grav and taking the balistari with las-cannon. I find outside of the knight I have little in the way of long range shooting...
