Ww toon are.much thicker plastic than regular models. Ideal to make ork or IG vehicles (the king Porsche or the kv2 makes beautifull leman russ, the Sherman are perfect grots tabks...).
Now is there any other brand with a similar products.

Retrokit makes resin conversion kits for a bunch of the Meng World War Toon stuff so you can end up with different vehcles or add ons like mine rollers
There are also a bunch of Metal Slug (the video game) based vehicle kits that i THINK should be similar size to the meng toon stuff but i've never actually found them at a decent price or with decent shipping. The originals are generally sold out (https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10718684) but knock offs show on ali express for example
