Are the teams for these 2 games interchangeable?

No. Well sorta. Yes in that they use the same rules, no that you will have a bit of work in making them function effectively on the full size pitch and it a league.

They use all the same models.
Dungeon Bowl teams are a mash-up of players from 2 or 3 different Blood Bowl teams. It looks to be easy to make up a DB team using only 1 race, if that's the only one you have.

Like Chris there said though, you won't be able to make a valid BB team from the models in one of the DB boxes.
