I'm not seeing anything unusual, let alone disgusting about the current poll. Did it change? Was it about Nurgle?

because if so then peoples gender identity and transitioning between genders is not 'Disgusting', 'trolling' or 'illness', it may not conform to your beliefs or norms but that is very much a you issue.
