Also, I'd say the HH "retconning" may have something to do with this.

Nothing to do with the HH series, It was around the time when the DA codex was just out or due for release and old Lional Johnson was in the lead.

I think its all related to codex's coming out, You should see how many New SW players are emerging now that a ne w codex is due. Flavour of the month and all that. b I just hope the new SW dex is not uber competitive so the "new pups" get bored and find another new flavour of the month someplace else. Perhaps DE when they come out.

When it comes down to the new 'dex I wont mind it if the codex sucks entirely, that just means that I will be a minority player with the other die-hard Space Wolf players. If the new codex rocks, well then I can keep winning at tournaments.

Either way is good.

Real SW players dont win at tournies, The current 3rd edition codex is not good enough to win, especially at the higher tiers.

But I agree with you Demogerg, the real SW players stick with SW no matter what.

SW switching to DE?? That's about the most unnatural thing that I've heard . . . today . . . yet. Speaking of the DA Codex, does anyone know if it turned out to be total crap or at least is thought of that way. It's doing very poorly already in the *ahem* BEST CURRENT CODEX SURVIVOR GAME! All Spess Puppeh prejudice aside, I thought it was pretty cool.
