The problem with people who sell recasts is that, if they're selling OOP recasts... many people swiftly stop caring.

With shipping they are paying $40.00 + for a poorly done recast passed off as original FW. He is not even good at his repostings as he is using the same pictures of OOP items.

Holy crap he is selling the same items again with the same pictures. Just called Ebay and talked to a customer service agent that plays Space Marines. He took the time to look at everything and knew what was going Mr Heath was trying to do. So this time something might be done finally.

I am really getting tired of dealing with this guy. I really hope eBay does something this time. If not I might ask someone to buy one of the items and I would pay them for it so I can send it to FW or GW Legal so they have the evidence against him.

Buy it, report it to paypal as a forgery, get fully refunded and told to destroy the item. Rinse and repeat?

I would if I could but he blocked me from asking questions or bidding on his items. I am thinking about getting someone that is not blocked to bid and I would pay them for it.

I could help and aslong it's just the 11.64 $ + shipping hes asking for, I wouldn't mind paying the money myself as long as it helps.

all I can say is that's how I bought it a number of years ago from a repatable trader at a gaming show I have no way to guarantee this it looks right to me grey resin etc but other that that I am no expert I have been happy with this and the other items I bought from the same trader over a 4 year period however I understand your aprehantion and all I can say is that it is sold as seen in description and if you have any worries please just do not bid sorry if that seems harse but that's all I can say many thanks and happy bidding

Well, this guy is back on there selling the same stuff. It took him almost a month to recast the same stuff again. I have called EBay again and they have ignored me time and again. I think it is time to get GW legal to deal with it.

I am so done. GW Legal and Ebay has ignored my concerns. Mr Heath just put another crop up on Ebay.

I have spent over four years on this guy's a55 and now there is concrete evidence of him recasting GW/FW stuff GW legal is like "Meh..." I can't keep on spending the time to shadow this guy for another 4 years when the injured companies don't want to do anything. The only thing I can do is create another EBAY and PP account to buy his stuff but that would put my good account at risk and I am not going to risk that.

I guess GW legal and Ebay does not give two gaks about him. It takes him about three to four weeks to make more stuff and post it. I am tired of keeping on his arse. He has posted more stuff and it is the same pictures. I don't know why they let this continue.

Ebay is really just a middleman - if he is shipping, then they probably don't care (and it does seem that he is shipping, although slowly).

Honestly, for our part as long as he isn't scamming here, I'm OK to let him hawk recasts on Ebay... it should be pretty obvious to people there what they are buying, and so most are likely knowingly getting a recast terrain piece.

The main thing is to keep an eye out for him coming and literally scamming folks on trade sites like he did previously - but that's a lot harder now with Paypal's longer claim window. As long as folks are sticking to purchasing via Paypal and not doing simultaneous trades, they should be protected. Simultaneous trades are still the riskiest way to go - I much prefer to sell my items, and then use Paypal to buy what I want from others, even if it's not as efficient... just so much safer!

I know it has been awhile but I am still tracking his sales on Ebay as LizHeath2010. So far over the last 30 days he has sold spray painted recasts of these exact vehicles. As i can tell it has been four recasts with the same pictures being used. So buyer beware.

Ebay and Paypal refuse to do anything. GW legal does not care since they do not produce or have current rules for these minis. So if you buy anything Armorcast or Epicast from LizHeath2010 they are recasts.

LOL. It is so bad that it hurts to read his posts. I am trying to get some people to bid on his stuff so we can send it to GW legal. They can't spend company funds on recasts so they need to have someone provide the evidence to them.
