I'm excited for more progress in this thread! Sorry for the slow work on my part. I've been using GS more than I have before... trying new things since I've been inspired. Semi happy with some of the results so far... I may be mixing it wrong though, as it's still a bit bendy even after a few days.. (or is that normal?) Maybe I'll get some pictures up after a bit more progress.
I have to fix the hazard stripes, as i went a bit overboard with "splatter." I will do this either today or tomorrow, as I will be at my mom's house, and she has painter's tape.
I'm no closer, sadly. I've been in a whirl wind the last few days. I still need to paint the darned thing yellow... I know, I'll get off the computer and go do it!
I finally got pics of this guy! I still need some finishing touches done on him, though, like cleaning up the toilet seat hazard stripes (too much ork mess )
LOL! Very funny glom! My only suggestion (and you can take it or leave it) is that it might be more amusing if it was a little more obvious (i.e. the toilet was actually white). I realize an ork toilet (if there was such a thing) would be a disgusting mess... but assuming this is a "looted" human thing... it might have more impact if it was more easily recognizable. You can dirty it up afterwards... but I white base might serve you better.

This goes for you too glom. While I like the spirit of your figure, in order to be "officially" accepted into the mob it's got to be painted to a much higher standard.
Well, the blur looks pretty interesting... but you're going to have to get a decent in-focus shot. It's more important that it's in focus than super close. Experiment a bit and see what you come up with. You might try photographing in natural light to see if that helps.
